Position Title : Senior AI Engineer
Experience : 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and Python development, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and proven experience delivering AI/Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
This role requires hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, LLM integration, RAG architecture, and enterprise-grade AI solution development. The candidate should be comfortable working across the full AI lifecycle, including model integration, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using .NET (C#) and Python.
- Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent orchestration frameworks.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development.
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
