About the role
Retail Specialist / Staf Retail responsible for product arrangement, shelf maintenance, and brand display standards in retail stores. The role involves managing inventory requests, distribution, stock counts, replenishment, and display/promotion materials administration. This position requires regular store visits to monitor displays, stock levels, pricing labels, product availability, and promotional material usage, with reporting on findings. The role supports new product launches, promotional programs, and thematic displays while coordinating with sales, marketing, and store teams on retail operational needs.
Key responsibilities
Manage product arrangement, shelf maintenance, and brand display to meet company standards
Handle inventory requests, distribution, stock counts, replenishment, and display/promotion material administration
Conduct regular store visits to monitor displays, stock, pricing labels, product availability, and promotional material usage, and prepare visit reports
Monitor stock levels and sales performance, identify issues such as stockouts or underperforming products, and support improvements
Support new product launches, promotional programs, and thematic displays in stores
Process store, inventory, and sales data and prepare basic reports
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and store teams to support retail operational needs
About you
Minimum D3/S1 qualification, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Business, English, or related fields
Experience in retail, store operations, visual merchandising, FMCG, beauty, fashion, collectible toys, or supermarket is valued; fresh graduates with potential are welcome to apply
Interested in the retail industry and product arrangement, willing to conduct store visits and engage directly in execution
Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data processing and basic report preparation
Basic English language skills (spoken and written) are valued
Willing to conduct store visits and short business travel if required
