About the role
This role involves preparing and developing detailed working drawings (shop drawings / as-built drawings) for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines. The position requires coordination and overlay of drawings across disciplines to identify and resolve potential design conflicts before construction begins.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and develop detailed working drawings (shop drawings / as-built drawings) for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines
Conduct coordination and overlay of drawings across disciplines to identify and resolve potential design conflicts before construction begins
Review, supervise, and provide guidance to junior drafters to ensure work meets company quality standards
Ensure all drawing documentation complies with regulations, national standards, and applicable building codes
About you
Education: SMK DPIB/Gambar Bangunan, D3/S1 Arsitektur, or Teknik Sipil
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the construction, contractor, or planning consultant industry
Deep proficiency with design software, particularly AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit (BIM), and other supporting software
Strong understanding of construction methods, structural details, and MEP system installations
