About the role
Plan and implement internal audits, including audit program development. Proactively identify potential risk areas, assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and recommend practical mitigation measures. Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive audit reports containing audit findings, conclusions, and measurable recommendations to relevant management. Ensure compliance with internal company policies, applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), mining regulations (ESDM, Environment), and relevant laws.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute internal audits, including development of audit programs
Proactively identify potential risk areas and assess design and effectiveness of internal controls

Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive audit reports with findings, conclusions, and measurable recommendations
Ensure compliance with internal company policies, applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), mining regulations (ESDM, Environment), and relevant laws
About you
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in internal or external audit
Work experience at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), particularly in the audit division, handling large-scale industry clients (experience with public/listed company clients preferred)
Work experience as Internal Auditor in a corporate company, particularly in mining, energy, or large-scale national/multinational manufacturing industries
High standards of ethics and integrity
Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English (preferred)
Ability to collaborate with various parties (auditees)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willing to undertake regular business travel to mine locations and company operational sites
