Ads Team Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong communication skills
Able to work both independently and in a team
Target-oriented and highly motivated
Up-to-date with current digital trends and ad platform algorithms

Jobdesk:
Plan and develop digital advertising strategies aligned with campaign goals and target audience.
Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc).
Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure ad effectiveness.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI).
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable reports.
Collaborate with creative teams for ad copywriting and visual asset development.
Run A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements.
Handle ad budget and bidding strategies to align with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform algorithm changes.
