* Male or Female
* Minimum 4–5 years of restaurant experience, preferably within established casual or premium dining restaurants
* Previous experience as Captain, Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar leadership position
* Strong food & beverage knowledge
* Fluent English is a must, with confident communication skills
* Familiar with POS/cashier systems; experience with Raptor is preferred
* Comfortable handling cashier closing and daily reconciliation
* Familiar with preparing and managing staff schedules and floor allocations
* Experience with floor inventory, stock control and daily operational checks
* Able to conduct pre-service briefings and coordinate the floor during busy service
* Strong understanding of sequence of service and restaurant SOPs
* Able to handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
* Good knowledge of menu ingredients, dietary requirements and allergens
* Basic understanding of wine, cocktails and spirits
* Strong upselling and suggestive-selling skills
* Able to supervise, coach and support junior service staff
* Good understanding of opening and closing procedures
* Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and restaurant standards
* Confident, organized and able to remain calm during high-volume service
* Strong sense of leadership, responsibility and hospitality
