About the role
This is a Social Media Intern position focused on employer branding. You will contribute to the creation of employer branding plans and social media content, working across creative and strategic initiatives to support the organization's talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the creation of employer branding plans and social media content
Write engaging copy for various employer branding materials
Develop creative visual content for employer branding campaigns and social media
Support the execution of employer branding campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and internal stakeholders to support employer branding activities
About you
Fresh graduate or final-year student from Visual Communication Design (DKV)
Strong digital knowledge with a keen interest in employer branding, HR, talent acquisition, and social media
Creative, proactive, fast learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Experience in creating social media content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
Familiarity with social media trends and content creation is a plus
