Creative Content Specialist

About the role

PT Rasa Kebanggaan Nusantara is seeking a Creative Content Specialist to develop content for two brands.

The role involves creating, editing, and managing content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ideas and concepts for content for two brands

• Produce content including photography, videography, and other visual materials

• Edit and finalize content materials

• Develop storytelling concepts aligned with each brand's identity and character

• Create and develop content for various social media platforms

• Maintain consistency of brand visual identity and communication

• Monitor digital trends and adapt them into relevant content

• Evaluate content performance and provide recommendations for content development

• Coordinate with owners and related teams in planning and executing content needs

Candidate Requirements

• Experience or capability in Content Creation, Video Editing, Image Editing, and Storytelling

• Ability to develop concepts and strategies for social media content

• Ability to produce creative, informative, relevant content aligned with brand character

• Strong storytelling capability to build communication and engagement with audiences

• Understanding of trends and content characteristics on Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms

• Ability to manage content needs for two brands simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Initiative, responsibility, and strong time management skills

• Professional work attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Experience in F&B, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency is a plus
