Finance Specialist Mandarin Speaker

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

• Possession of Brevet B Tax Certification is preferred.

• Candidates from non-finance majors may be considered if they possess a recognized CPA certification (Indonesian CPA preferred).

• Experience in financial closing, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance is required.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.

• Experience in cross-border accounting or multinational company environments is an advantage.

• Experience working in a Chinese company is highly preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and closing activities.

• Handle tax compliance matters, including preparation and submission of tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.

• Support finance-related projects and other tasks assigned by management.
