Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting
Possess relevant competency training certificates related to insurance claims, healthcare administration, or a similar field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Previous experience in managing insurance claims or related functions within a hospital setting is highly preferred
Good understanding and knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, terms, and applicable regulations
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with active proficiency in English, both written and spoken
