Responsibilities:

• ? Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
• ? Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
• ?? Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
• ? Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.
• ? Support the company’s mission by prioritizing the community’s well-being.
• ? Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
• ? Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
• ? Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
• ? Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
• ?? Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
• ?? Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• ?? Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
• ? Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Experience:

• ? Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
• ? High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
• ?? Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:

• ?? EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
• ? High school diploma.
• ? Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.

Benefits:

• ?? 5 working days of training.
• ?? Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
• ? Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus
• ?? Rotational shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
