Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Supervisor. The position will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing recruitment strategies, leading recruitment operations, recruitment partnerships, talent development initiatives, and also covers community development for applicants and internal/external employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience leading recruitment operations or supervising a recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR recruitment best practices.
Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience recruiting for the hospitality industry.
Experience establishing or managing partnerships with schools, universities, or vocational institutions.
Experience in community development or employer branding initiatives.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
