Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of all linens, towels, and other textiles used by the hotel. As a Laundry Attendant, you’re not just ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Keep linens clean and ready:  Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens
• Maintain the laundry area:  Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order
• Manage inventory:  Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies
• Delight our guests:  Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services
