About the role

PT Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking experienced Warehouse Leaders to join our operations team in Sidoarjo, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Leader you will lead our warehouse operations and ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient management of materials, inventory, and distribution activities. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement to support manufacturing operations and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and internal material movements.

2. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and SAP transaction compliance.

3. Monitor material availability and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are consistently applied.

4. Coordinate outbound shipments and transportation activities to achieve on-time delivery and excellent customer service.

5. Optimize warehouse space, manpower, equipment utilization, and operational costs.

6. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), company policies, warehouse procedures, and applicable regulations.

7. Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members while managing shift schedules and manpower allocation.

8. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence programs.

10. Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and distribution processes.

4. Experience using SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems for warehouse and inventory management.

5. Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles, inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and batch traceability.

6. Familiarity with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements and warehouse compliance standards.

7. Demonstrated leadership, people management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

8. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
