Service Delivery Project Specialist (Treasury & Change Management)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Service Delivery Project Specialist to support Global Financial Markets Initiatives, including business transformation, system implementation, process improvements, and regulatory-driven changes. The role requires a blend of treasury operations expertise, project management skills, ability to communicate effectively with counterparts and management across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury and Operations projects from initiation to implementation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Support SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related projects.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations, project updates, and executive-level PowerPoint materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets Operations, Project Management, or Business Analysis within banking.
• Good understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and present project updates to senior management and executives.

Preferred

• Experience in Treasury transformation or regulatory change initiatives.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., LBUT/Antasena or similar reporting frameworks).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
• Exposure to treasury platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Kondor, or Bloomberg.

A proactive professional with strong Treasury Operations knowledge, project delivery experience, regulatory awareness, and the confidence to present insights, recommendations, and project status updates to senior stakeholders and management.
