About the Role As a Project/Program Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery; including, but not limited to: financials, capacity planning, team utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in professional services, project management, financial control, relationship management, and HR/Talent Management. You must have 8+ years of customer-facing experience in professional services and at least 5 years in project management. Attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills with both customers and consultants across multiple countries is essential. What You'll Work On - Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle. - Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations. - Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. - Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU). - Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors. - Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints. What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. - 8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM). - 5+ years of experience managing a professional services team or organization, with responsibility for utilization, capacity planning, and project financials. - 4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll & Time Management) - Nice to have: exposure to Workforce Scheduling implementation projects (WFM, UKG, Kronos or similar) - A consultant mindset - ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, both client-facing and internal. - Proven track record in project management and participation in steering committees at senior levels within large organizations. - Project Management certification(s) highly valued. - Strong drive to deliver results with minimal supervision. - Excellent skills in communication, presentation, time management, organization, negotiation, and creative problem solving. - Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - Experience in selling professional services. - Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is a very big plus What We Offer (for Employment Contract) - Great work-life balance - Benefits package tailored to each region in which we have employees - Yearly bonus tied to company performance - Fully remote work - Home office setup reimbursement (desk and chair) - Exposure to international and well-known clients in the market - Work alongside a senior team in one of the leading SuccessFactors consultancies - A flat organizational structure, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing - This role offers the chance to grow and explore other areas of the business, serving as a launching point for your career development.
