Supply Chain Management Supervisor

You will:

• Oversee inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, procurement coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, and reporting
• Review forecasts, inventory recommendations, and branch supply requirements
• Monitor supplier coordination, purchase requests, deliveries, and operational supply needs
• Handle international purchasing, shipment monitoring, and supplier follow-ups
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, releasing, inventory counting, and documentation
• Resolve inventory, allocation, procurement, and logistics-related concerns
• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to support reporting and decision-making
• Lead process improvements, strategic planning initiatives, and SCM-related budget planning
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments
• Guide, monitor, and support SCM team members to ensure accountability and smooth execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, forecasting, procurement coordination, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience in international purchasing and supplier coordination is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
