Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Licensed Engineers are highly preferred
• 15+ years of experience, at least 5 in managerial capacity
• With experience in food and beverage manufacturing is required
• Willing to work on-site
• Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with other support functions in the plant to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to develop, execute and meet operational strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure that Engineering and Maintenance Department is manage well and performing in accordance with all machine in service is in good running conditions.
• Responsible in planning, organizing, controlling and managing all aspects of the Engineering and Maintenance Department repairs and improvement projects, maintain and equip a well-trained organizational structure to carry out the programs
• Financial Perspective (Repair and Maintenance, OPEX, power ratio, etc.)
• Customer Satisfaction (Downtimes, work orders execution, etc)
• Internal Business Process (PM execution, Safety, etc)
• Learning and growth (training, etc)
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to increase performance.
• Submits Engineering and Maintenance & Operations Report to Plant Manager, as required.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as PPIC, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Production and Technical to ensure seamless coordination and alignment to operational activities.
• Review and monitor Operating Expense budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting, and tracking are being conducted by all departments.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance with in the departments fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork & excellence.
• Ensures personnel are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated.
• Ensures compliance to established standards, company policies, rules and regulations.
• Approve schedule of Engineering and Maintenance personnel in accordance with production and standards.
• Responsible for the over-all management of the diRerent section under engineering and maintenance namely:

a. Utilities Operations and Maintenance

b. Production Maintenance

c. Facilities and Building maintenance

• Implement procedures and compliance on cGMP, HACCP, FSSC
• Adherance to planned maintenance activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements on system, safety and health and environment
• To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the organization’s Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values
