The Role
As our Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full hiring cycle for our teaching and operational teams — from sourcing to onboarding — while helping build our employer brand along the way.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding

• Active candidate sourcing via JobStreet, LinkedIn & other platforms

• Close collaboration with hiring managers on staffing needs

• Employer branding & recruitment marketing initiatives

• A strong, ready-to-tap pool of teaching & admin candidates

• Recruitment metrics tracking to keep improving hiring effectiveness

• A smooth, positive experience for every candidate

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field

• 1–2 years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition

• Proactive, resourceful, genuinely enjoys finding great people

• Strong communication, organization & negotiation skills

• Comfortable assessing candidates and adapting fast to business needs

• Bonus: experience hiring for education-related roles

• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period (preferred)
