What we ‘re Looking for:
1. Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in freight Forwarding, particularly in Ocean Export Operation
2. Good Knowledge of Export – Import Procedures and shipping documentation
3. Familiarity with Liner/shipping line operations
4. Good Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Job responsibilities:
1. Handle A-Z ocean Export Operations
2. Coordination and Booked vessel space with shipping lines, and truck with service provider.
3. Communicate and liase with overseas agents, customers, shipping lines, trucking service provider).
4. Prepare and process export documentation ( BL, PEB, COO and ETC)
5. Create Job Orders in system and Issued Invoice
6. Monitor shipment progress and ensure smooth export operations
7. Ensure Compliance with Company Procedures and Export regulations
