Position: Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing/factory environment.

• Proven experience in handling automated machinery.

• Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, basic machinery, power transmission systems (gearbox, belt, chain), and the ability to read technical drawings.

• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, understand motor control circuits, and be familiar with components like sensors, inverters, relays, and contactors.

• Hands-on experience with at least one PLC brand (Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi is highly preferred). Ability to connect to a PLC with a laptop and perform basic diagnostics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and high initiative.

• Willing to work in shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine Preventive Maintenance on production machines according to schedule to prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults. Diagnose and repair electrical faults. Execute emergency breakdown maintenance quickly and effectively to reduce machine downtime.

• PLC Control & Automation Systems: Conduct troubleshooting on PLC programs to identify the root cause of machine issues. Ability to read and understand Ladder Logic Diagrams to trace control logic and I/O. Perform minor modifications or parameter adjustments to PLC and HMI programs as needed to meet production requirements. Ensure proper communication between the PLC and other devices. Perform regular backup and restore of PLC programs.

• Installation & Improvement: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or equipment. Provide input and ideas for continuous improvement on machines to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Reporting & Documentation: Create daily or weekly work reports detailing maintenance and repair activities performed. Record the usage of spare parts for every repair. Update technical documents, such as wiring diagrams or machine manual's when changes are made.

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain a clean and orderly work area (5S principles).
