The Villa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the villa, ensuring that all guest services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining property conditions, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. The manager will also be involved in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall performance. Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel or villa management is required. Proficiency in teamwork, English language communication, and Microsoft Office software is essential.
