Maintenance

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of luxury villas, ensuring all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems function efficiently. This role requires technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing various systems to maintain a high standard of comfort and safety for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Repairs:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on villa systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues in appliances, lighting, water systems, and security features.
• Ensure swimming pools, gardens, and outdoor areas are well-maintained (if applicable).

2. Electrical & Plumbing Work:

• Repair and replace electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Fix leaks, replace plumbing fixtures, and maintain water supply systems.

3. HVAC Systems:

• Maintain air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Clean and replace filters, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate with HVAC specialists if needed.

4. General Carpentry & Painting:

• Perform minor carpentry repairs, door adjustments, and furniture fixes.
• Touch up paintwork and minor refurbishments as required.

5. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and villa standards.
• Conduct regular fire alarm and security system checks.

6. Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Be on call for emergency repairs outside regular working hours if required.

7. Inventory & Reporting:

• Keep records of maintenance work, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Report any major repair needs to the villa manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in luxury villas, hotels, or high-end residential properties.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Ability to use power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance software.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts when needed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations.
