What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or a related field is preferred).
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Support, or Sales Coordinator.
Industry Background: Prior experience in an IT System Integrator, IT Distributor, IT Principal, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Cloud Provider, or complex B2B solutions industry is preferred.
Sales Capabilities: Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, appointment setting, lead qualification, and customer follow-up.
Sales Operations: Proficient in managing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting sales activities from initial contact to deal closure.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Languages: Business fluency in English and Indonesian (minimum requirement: reading and drafting business emails in English).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
