Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Psychology / Human Resources Management
Experience min 2-3 years as Recruiter
Understand the recruitment stages, from creating job vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, to the offering and onboarding process.
Able to conduct Psychology Testing Tools and candidate assessment processes
Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, if possible, recruitment systems such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Have good communication and presentation skills
Able to work to targets and deadlines as personal and team
