Role Summary
A multidisciplinary role that owns every Xtrem Inno visual output: UI/UX design for website and marketplace storefronts, iPhone-case product photography, social-content videography, and After Effects motion graphics. The ideal hire is a designer who is equally comfortable behind a camera and on an editing timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for xtreminno.com, campaign landing pages, and TikTok Shop (Tokopedia) & Shopee storefronts.
- Build marketplace visual storefronts (banners, decoration, product imagery) tailored to Shopee and Tokopedia specs.
- Shoot iPhone-case product photography: still life, lifestyle, flat lay, and UGC-style mockups.
- Produce product and social videography optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
- Edit video and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Build and maintain the Xtrem Inno design system and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the KOL Specialist to create content templates external creators can reuse.
- Manage the digital asset library (Google Drive / Notion) so marketing can retrieve assets quickly.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years as a UI/UX designer, content creator, or visual designer.
- Portfolio must include at least:
- one UI/UX project,
- one product-photography set,
- and one motion-graphics video.
- Fluent in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid manual photography (aperture, shutter, ISO, lighting) and basic color grading.
- Understanding of e-commerce UX principles (conversion, hierarchy, mobile-first) — especially for Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Owning personal gear (mirrorless/DSLR + lenses) is a significant plus.
Able to move quickly across a weekly content cadence and seasonal campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Prior shoots for TikTok Shop or Shopee (marketplace storefronts, live-selling assets).
- Basic 3D skills (Blender/Spline) for product renders.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly).
