Research & Development Specialist - PT Agel Langgeng

We’re looking for an innovative and detail-oriented professional to join our Research & Development team!

What you will do:

• Conduct laboratory and production-scale trials for new product development and support new product launches.

• Improve existing products through formulation and process optimization to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, including raw material specifications and product descriptions.

• Manage new product registration, including regulatory documentation, packaging compliance, and BPOM registration monitoring.

• Perform sensory evaluation of raw materials and support periodic sensory validation activities.

• Prepare export-related data and documentation in compliance with destination country requirements.
  

We are looking for you, who:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Research & Development within the food industry; experience in gummy candy, Starch Candy, or Confectionery products is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of new product development, laboratory and production-scale trials, as well as existing product improvement.

• Familiar with R&D documentation, BPOM product registration, and export documentation requirements.

• Knowledge of sensory analysis and food regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented, innovative, and possess good communication skills.

• Work location: Bekasi & Dawuan, West Java.
