PT LOGISTEED Indonesia is currently looking for Warehouse Operation Leader (MANDARIN SPEAKER), placement in Cikarang, West Java.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. Experienced in warehouse operations.
3. Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, is mandatory.
4. Good understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
Job Description:
1. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
2. Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company procedures.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating cycle counts.
4. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders (mandarin speakers) to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
6. Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
