HR People & Culture Intern

Job Description:

1. Assist the team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels (email, job portals, and social media.
2. Help with the preliminary CV/resume screening.
3. Assist in managing candidate communication, such as sending interview invitations or following up on candidate status, to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Help with administrative HR tasks, including compiling attendance/ workday data for interns/ freelancers and assisting in the preparation of Activity Log Books.
5. Assist in checking and ensuring the completeness of new hire personal files and archiving employee evaluation forms in accordance with company standards.
6. Provide administrative and logistical support for other HR projects or events as needed.

Requirements:

1. Current student or fresh graduate in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
2. Interested in and possess a basic understanding of the recruitment process
3. Proficient in using Google Suite & Microsoft Office
4. Possess basic English writing skills
5. Willing to work in the Bintaro area, South Tangerang.
