Live Streaming Operator – Co-Host

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of TikTok livestreams, including pre-live preparation and coordination, livestream planning, script preparation, promotional messaging, and campaign execution.

• Assist the host during livestreams by managing product listings, demonstrating the purchasing process, and maintaining an engaging and interactive livestream atmosphere.

• Monitor livestream performance and optimize strategies based on real-time data to achieve sales targets.

• Interact with viewers by responding to questions promptly and maintaining a positive and orderly livestream environment.

• Output review livestream report by session, week, month

• Analyze post-livestream performance data and identify opportunities to improve future livestream effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, Livestream Operations, Livestream Assistant, or related roles. Experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of TikTok LIVE operations, platform features, livestream workflows, and online shopping behavior.

• Familiar with livestream performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate, viewers) and able to analyze data to improve livestream performance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for preparing and analyzing livestream reports.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support hosts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and perform well under pressure.

• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
