Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting company performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Process customer requests, transactions, and account updates accurately.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to company procedures, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or College graduate (depending on account requirements).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service or BPO experience is preferred (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling voice, chat, or email support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in healthcare, financial, retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce accounts is an advantage.
