Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English Literature, English Education, Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an English Translator, Interpreter, or in a similar role.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong translation, proofreading, editing, and localization skills with high attention to detail.
Able to translate various types of documents accurately while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and context.
Experience translating business, corporate, legal, medical, or marketing documents is an advantage.
Familiarity with translation tools (CAT Tools) such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar software is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site in Bali.
