Physiotherapist

Your Role in this Journey: 

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and care to clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote health.

• Assess client conditions and design suitable treatment programs.

• Develop and implement effective and safe physiotherapy treatment plans.

Daily Tasks:

Client Assessment

• Conduct initial evaluations to determine client needs.

• Identify treatment goals and develop treatment plans.

Physical Therapy

• Perform physical therapy techniques, such as massage, mobilization, and exercise.

• Use modalities like heat, cold, electricity, or ultrasound to aid in the healing process.

Treatment Planning

• Create treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Regularly update treatment plans based on client progress.

Client Communication

• Explain treatment plans and goals to clients.

• Provide education on self-care techniques and injury prevention.

Team Collaboration

• Work with medical and professional teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in team discussions to review client progress and treatment plans.

Who We’re Excited to Meet:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field

• 5+ years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on holistic and integrative approaches

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a spa or wellness setting

• Advanced certifications in specialized techniques such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or Pilates

• Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with chronic pain, sports injuries, or post-operative rehabilitation

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and research in physiotherapy

• Certification in specialized techniques such as manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, or orthopedic physiotherapy

• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to develop and implement treatment programs that align with BFriends's vision and mission
