1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait

2. Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang Account Payable

3. Memahami proses Account Payable, invoice, pembayaran vendor, dan rekonsiliasi

4. Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, dll.)

5. Memahami software akuntansi atau ERP (misalnya SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Odoo, atau sejenisnya) menjadi nilai tambah

6. Teliti, mampu bekerja dengan deadline, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik

7. Memiliki komunikasi dan kemampuan administrasi yang baik

Job Description : 

1. Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen invoice dan pembayaran

2. Melakukan pencatatan transaksi hutang usaha

3. Menyiapkan jadwal pembayaran vendor

4. Melakukan rekonsiliasi saldo hutang dengan vendor

5. Mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan

6. Membantu proses closing bulanan dan audit
