About Us
PT Youpeng Informasi Teknologi (YPIT) is a telecommunication contractor company specializing in network infrastructure projects across Indonesia. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Staff to join our Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
Process and manage all company account payable transactions accurately and on time.
Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
Operate KlikBCA Bisnis for daily payment transactions.
Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment matters.
Assist in month-end closing and AP reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Payable Staff.
Mandatory experience using KlikBCA Bisnis for corporate banking transactions.
Good understanding of the Account Payable process and financial documentation.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
