IT Developer - ERP System

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Developer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Programmer, or in a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and RESTful API development.

• Knowledge of or experience in developing Android and iOS applications using Flutter. Proficiency in Go or Python is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, PostgreSQL, database design, system integration, data security, and data integrity.

• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and version control using Git and GitHub.

• Experience with application deployment on Linux/VPS environments, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, domain management, SSL, and backup strategies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; able to read and understand technical documentation in English; willing to use AI tools responsibly; and willing to work at project sites under an 8:1 roster schedule.

• Willing to be placed in Kediri, East Java.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical designs, application workflows, database structures, and system features.

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain web-based ERP systems using Next.js, Node.js, and other technologies aligned with business requirements.

• Develop and maintain Android and iOS mobile applications using Flutter.

• Design and develop ERP modules that support construction business processes, including cross-module integration, multi-company and multi-project architecture, role-based access control, multi-level approval workflows, and audit trail functionality.

• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases while performing testing, debugging, bug fixing, security enhancements, and application performance optimization.

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor applications in Linux/VPS environments, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, domain management, SSL implementation, backup processes, logging, and basic system monitoring.

• Provide technical support to end users, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and prepare technical documentation and development reports.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar technologies to support software development, evaluate technology vendors, and explore AI feature integration in accordance with the company's business needs.
