Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot errors in tooling, measuring equipment and machinery.
Replace machinery parts.
Conduct training, installation and commissioning of products sold.
Provide technical support to the end users.
Support sales and marketing initiatives with technical know-how.
Support company activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc.
Other relevant duties assigned.
Write service report after each activity.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience.
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / or Equivalent.
Familiarity with CNC/Manual Lathe, Milling, Drilling machine will be an advantage.
Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel abroad/out of town.
Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of a third language will be an advantage.
Problem solving skills for technical and application issues.
Perform periodic equipment maintenance to ensure the equipment remains in good working condition.
