As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind launching and scaling bold new ideas that take products from 0 to 100. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from business case development to post-launch optimization, navigating the intersection of strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship. This role is built for those who thrive in ambiguity and are ready to influence how Uber innovates and competes in a fast-changing market.

What you'll do

• Own and scale new growth initiatives with full accountability for customer experience, P&L performance, and promotional budgets.
• Design and run experiments to test new opportunities, building and executing go-to-market plans for complex launches and campaigns.
• Navigate internal complexity by partnering with global product, finance, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for local market needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring priorities are delivered through strong project management even when facing shifting priorities.
• Solve messy, high-impact problems by breaking down complex data into actionable insights and structured plans.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying analytics to tackle business problems in consulting, banking, or high-growth tech environments.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience representing a company externally with partners, clients, or stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product experimentation and growth-stage environments.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or programming languages like Python.
• Ability to demonstrate systems thinking and resilience in high-ambiguity situations.
