Virtual Performance Coach

Job Summary:

Exos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Performance Coach to provide a world-class experience to members through live and on-demand virtual fitness classes, 1:1 consultations, webinars, and engagement activities. You will foster meaningful connections with participants while guiding them through personalized and high-quality fitness programs, all delivered in alignment with Exos’ methodologies.

As a Virtual Performance Coach you will:

• Deliver a world-class virtual fitness experience through 1-on-1 consultations, educational webinars, live streaming classes, and other innovative engagement activities.

• Drive member engagement by utilizing our virtual platform to foster high levels of member participation and satisfaction.

• Produce live and on-demand fitness classes that are both informative and motivating.

• Provide expert guidance by instructing, motivating, and supporting participants in a safe and ethical manner to achieve their fitness goals.

• Ensure that your virtual sessions align with our proven Exos fitness methodology.

• Assist in identifying and tracking key performance indicators to continuously improve our virtual programming.

• Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with client members.

• Contribute to other team tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree required.

• You have earned a nationally recognized certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS, NASM or ACSM.

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required.

• Demonstrated success in delivering engaging fitness experiences in digital and virtual environments, including group instruction, on-screen delivery, and content production.

• You deliver articulate and effective communications in a way that inspires and motivates others.
