OIN OUR TEAM: CLINIC ASSISTANT (Jakarta)
Are you someone who loves taking care of people and wants to be part of a team that helps couples on their journey to parenthood? We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our Jakarta clinic.
What you'll be doing:
Be the friendly face patients see first — welcoming them and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight) and help prepare patients for their appointments
Assist doctors and nurses with basic procedures and simple diagnostic tests
Keep patient records accurate and up to date
Dispense medication as prescribed by doctors
Schedule and manage appointments
Keep treatment rooms clean and safe for patients
Support the team with day-to-day admin and housekeeping tasks
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and the branch manager to keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, especially during an emotional and important time in their lives
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
Comfortable with clerical work and basic clinical tasks
Organized, hygienic, and reliable
