We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telco account. If you have at least 6 months of customer service experience and are passionate about delivering excellent customer support, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing exceptional service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
- Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE).
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Willing to work onsite at EDSA Greenfield.
- Open to shifting schedules.
