Join our Tech Account as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional support to customers by resolving technical and account-related inquiries. This is an onsite role based in Davao, ideal for candidates with customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through appropriate support channels.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and account-related concerns.
- Deliver accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain quality standards.
- Meet performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) or more.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
