Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the daily operation and performance of SPKL/SPKLU unit.
• Ensure all SPKL/SPKLU facilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance with technicians and third-party service provider.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance reports.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and utility providers when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations for the expansion of the company's SPKL/SPKLU network.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in utilities, electrical infrastructure, technical sales, business development, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and utility operations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and site inspections (Jabodetabek).
