We are currently hiring Industrial Engineering graduates for various positions. Our recruitment team will evaluate your skills and match your qualifications with the most suitable role below:
Human Resources -> Assist departments with daily HR needs, provide basic HR advisory, and support workforce planning and performance management activities.
Remuneration -> Manages employee benefits, designs well-being programs, and ensures a supportive work environment to boost overall productivity.
Procurement -> Manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and analyzes costs to ensure efficient sourcing of materials.
Parts Planning & Development -> Manages the planning and development of spare parts for new models, ensuring readiness from project initiation to mass production
Technical Service -> Monitoring & handle 4W Technical Training Asset & Facilities
General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
