Job Scope :
Responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure such as data centers, networks, and servers, as well as the daily management of the information security system.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of data centers, servers, networks, monitoring, and field terminal equipment.
Understand basic information technology (IT), including hardware, software, and operating systems.
Able to perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer devices and networks.
Understand computer networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls).
Able to troubleshoot issues related to IT devices, applications, and network connectivity.
Have system administration skills (knowledge of Windows Server, user account management, backup, and security systems is an advantage).
Understand information security and the implementation of company IT security standards.
Able to manage IT assets and maintain structured system documentation.
Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team with a strong user support/service-oriented mindset.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Information Systems, IT Application Support, or Business System Analysis.
Experience in system implementation, development, maintenance, and optimization.
Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Willing to work in Karawang.
