IT Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Business Analyst Interns, ensuring their professional growth and high-quality deliverables.

• Review and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and other project documentation prepared by the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Developers, QA, and IT teams to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

• Monitor the progress of Business Analyst activities, identify risks or issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement of business analysis processes, documentation standards, and best practices.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to Business Analyst Interns.

Requirements:

• Willing to work from office and be placed in an insurance company.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.00).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.

• Experience as a Mentor, Team Lead, Laboratory Assistant (Assistant Lab), or Teaching Assistant (Assistant Lecturer) are highly preferred.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) projects or business processes will be an advantage.

• Strong experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation.

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Figma, or similar tools.

• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
