Job Overview
We are looking for a highly-motivated and goal-driven Management Trainee-Motorpool to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for aspiring engineering professionals who are passionate about fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related course and relevant experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in motorpool, fleet maintenance, automotive service, or related field
- Fresh graduates with exceptional internship experience may also be considered
- Knowledgeable in internal combustion and electric vehicle technology
- Familiar with preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Goal-driven, highly organized, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna
- Willing to travel to company sites and project locations
Key Responsibilities
- Support management in daily motorpool and fleet operations
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedule
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
- Analyze vehicle performance, maintenance costs, and fleet utilization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Manage a team of mechanics and technicians based on job orders and company direction
