Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Membantu pelaksanaan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di area kerja.

  • Menyusun, mengelola, dan memperbarui dokumen serta laporan SMKP.

  • Melakukan monitoring kepatuhan terhadap prosedur K3 dan standar keselamatan perusahaan.

  • Mendukung pelaksanaan inspeksi, audit, investigasi insiden, serta tindak lanjut perbaikannya.

  • Menyelenggarakan safety induction dan sosialisasi K3.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan implementasi SMKP berjalan sesuai ketentuan.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimal D3/S1 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan terkait.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang K3, diutamakan pada industri pertambangan.

  • Memahami penerapan SMKP serta peraturan K3 yang berlaku.

  • Mampu menyusun dan mengelola dokumen serta laporan SMKP.

  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel dan Word.

  • Memiliki sertifikasi K3.

  • Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di site Morowali dengan sistem roster 10:2.
