Product Listing Staff

Product Listing Staff will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality product listings across our online store and various marketplace platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our product catalog is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility (SEO) to drive traffic and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Catalog Creation & Management

• Accurately upload and list new products on (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) daily/weekly.
• Ensure all product specifications, pricing, inventory levels, and shipping details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Organize products into appropriate categories, collections, and navigation menus.

2. Listing Optimization

• Optimize product listings for on-platform search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and ranking.
• Monitor listing performance and implement updates to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

3. Media & Content Coordination

• Create and upload product images according to platform listing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creatives Team to create video assets according to platform listing guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Brands Team to incorporate planned promotions into product listings.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual presentation across all listings.

4. Inventory & Quality Control

• Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, or policy violations on third-party marketplaces, including issues raised by other departments or customers.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• No minimum experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome. But experience in product listing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
• Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for resizing and touching up images.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, data formatting, and bulk uploads).

Soft Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail—minor typos that can lead to violation.
• Strong written communication skills with a knack for basic copywriting.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet daily upload quotas.
