Recruitment Training Officer
Salary: ?23,250
Employment Duration: 30-day Project-based
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Sales Agents across different barangays in Muntinlupa.
- Conduct orientation, training, and refresher sessions for new agents.
- Monitor agents' performance and welfare.
- Conduct ground preparation and barangay mapping.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a resident of Muntinlupa City.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, training, or community engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in engaging, influencing, and training people.
- Willing to do fieldwork and achieve recruitment targets.
